Abstract EN

This study came to deal with the issue of banking merger as a contemporary form of developing banking work, as well as developing the work of companies as a whole.

This study came in five topics : In the first topic of it: an explanation of the meaning of banking merger, and its types, the most prominent of which are merger by annexation, merger by merging, merger by merging and merging, and the history of the emergence of the merger.

Then the transfer of the financial liability to the merging company as a legal person .

The second topic came to talk about the motives of banking merger in terms of achieving economies, and working to achieve the safety of the banking system, highlighting some of the negative effects of the merger, such as the emergence of monopolistic companies, and the pattern of law dealing with these effects, then the fourth topic came to talk about the relevant terms related to the merger And an indication of the amount of similarity between it and the merger, and the place of disagreement as well, and the research was concluded with the fifth topic, which shed light on the jurisprudential conditioning of the banking merger
