Abstract EN

This study aimed to discuss the role of blocking pretexts principle in jurisprudential deduction in political jurisprudence.

The study attempted to answer the following questions : What is the perspective of jurists on the principle of blocking pretexts, and what is the role of this principle in deducing rulings in political jurisprudence? The study concluded that there is a consensus among jurists on the necessity of implementing the principle of blocking pretexts when an issue will certainly lead to decadence.

However, there is some disagreement among them on implementing this principle when the issue carries a degree of probability.

Moreover, the study reviewed several models of jurisprudence and demonstrated the importance of the principle of blocking pretexts in the field of political jurisprudence.
