Narration is considered as one of the oldest linguistic methods in literary works used by humans.

Moreover, it is found in literary works such as tales, stories, novels, epic tales in addition to artistic works, especially the theater.

The latter is one of the oldest type of arts that has an impact on the reader.

It stemed from religion in the sixth century BC in Greece, its beginning was based on the narration of events during the performance of religious ceremonial rites glorifying the gods.

Furthermore, the reliance on narration in art, in particular, by referring to the distant or recent past in the narration of human history.

This combines it with a series of events characterized by the complexity and logical sequence in time and place.

Given the importance of narration, we will trace it back to its association with the emergence of theater in the revival of history, by highlighting the nature of narration first and then highlighting the role of art in narrating human history by working on models of theater, which we subject to analysis to study if narration in theater cab embody and revive the history, the civilizations and cultures from distant or recent past.
