Some may get some confusion between the concept of strategic planning and future foresight, and we must stress that they do not contradict, but rather complement each other, meaning that foreseeing the future provides governments and institutions with rich information to shape the future and take sound decisions, and change current strategies in light of practical outputs.

anticipating the future, the need is increasing day by day to anticipate the future due to a number of factors, including the rapid changes in all economic, social, environmental, science and technology fields, the increase in the volume of available knowledge, and the ease of sharing and penetration, and the topic has been divided into three sections: the first topic: the concept of future foresight and the second topic: the difference between strategic planning and future foresight, and the third topic : i showed the relationship between legitimate politics and future foresight.
