Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership capabilities on organizational performance and the mediating role of organizational innovation from the point of view of employees.

this study was applied to (15) companies that received the king abdullah ii award for excellence.

studying the effect between the study variables and sub-variables using the study tool, the questionnaire to collect evidence, where (250) questionnaires were distributed to the study population, and (190) questionnaires were retrieved.

a questionnaire out of the distributed questionnaires.

in order to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses, the study data was analyzed using a set of statistical tests such as (the statistical package for social sciences test, statistical analysis of the structure of moments) using its software.

the study found a correlation relationship for each of the strategic leadership capabilities (strategic leadership capabilities, ethical practices, absorptive capacity and administrative wisdom) and organizational performance in the award-winning companies from King Abdullah II for Excellence.

the king abdullah II Award for Excellence by benefiting from its past experiences so that it can determine its future directions, and to ensure the increase in the level of interest of the companies that received the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence that they are working to build competitive capabilities among workers, due to the workers’ involuntary desire towards creativity, innovation and company development, and to ensure Increasing the level of interest of companies that received the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in establishing foreign relations.
