Abstract EN

This study dealt with the issue of rebalancing electronic contracts in light of the Corona pandemic, which is a legal procedure that is resorted to in exceptional circumstances when the implementation of contracts becomes stressful or impossible for one of the parties to the contract.

The contracts made the implementation of the commitment cumbersome and talked about legal solutions such as the application of the theories of emergency circumstances, force majeure and the judge’s authority to restore the economic balance of these contracts.

A number of results and recommendations were reached that were included in this study.
