There is no doubt that public opinion has a great impact on the public life of human societies, especially in political life.

We do not exaggerate if we say that this topic has a strong connection with maintaining the security of societies, consolidating their stability and preserving their achievements.

Therefore, it was necessary to have a scientific study that solves the problems related to it.

The study was keen on the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - to take heed of public opinion, and to explain the manifestations of that from his biography, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - as it clarified the concept of public opinion, its emergence and the legal rooting of it, and the relationship between it and legitimate politics.
