The exception of the multi-instrumental and many-use methods of speech, which are available in species, and has many applications in the book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, i chose this study to link the provisions of exception and its applications in the Koran and Sunnah.

this study is based on the definition of the exception language and terminology, and display types, tools and various provisions, and then implement applications on all of the Koran, the book of eloquence and eloquence, and carry out similar applications of the prophetic Sunnah, which is the most explicit human speech.

،and this research will be presented in a preface, and five chapters are : the definition of exception, the tools of exception, the rule of exception, the exception in the Koran, the exception in the year provisions and indications, and the research will follow the analytical method applied to the desired results with the help of God.
