Abstract EN

This research studies the personality of Ibn Al-Dabithi Al-Wasiti, who died in the seventh century AH, the historian and modernizer, as he specialized in the science of translations of political, religious and literary figures.

The history of the city of peace, the collection of his poetry and the study of his doctrine of systems.

Therefore, the research was divided into three axes, the first : it specialized in studying the life of Ibn al-Dubaythi, his name, his birth, his upbringing, his position among scholars, and his writings.

Literary and rhetorical, so our friend has become proficient in the Arabic language and its vocabulary, and that Ibn Al-Dabithi has diversified in the style of his presentation of translation, in terms of brevity and redundancy, and in terms of using the high language rich in rhetorical methods and between normal language, and this depends on the personality of the translator, for each position has an article.

As for the third axis : It was the floor that contained the poetry of Ibn al-Dibithi, the collection of books, as I was able to collect eighty-nine verses, distributed over twenty-one syllables, and he used a lot of alliteration in his rhymes, meaning that he tends to use the common verbal so that the verses end with a click.

Similar in terms of pronunciation, different in meaning, and this indicates that Ibn Al-Dibithi possesses an enormous linguistic wealth, which he acquired from his various archives, as he is the reciter, the modernizer, the historian.
