Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight Allah's glory and mercy in his consideration of people's interests in his commands and rules.

it also aims to explore the jurisprudential and legal provisions dictated by Sharia regarding following Allah's commands related to women's rights, as well as how these rights can be safeguarded under freedom-restricting sanctions.

furthermore, it intends to explore existing measures of applying sanctions and outline the rights of woman as prisoners and detainees.

the study employs inductive and deductive approaches.

the findings showed that islam has cared for women as well as men on equal footing.

moreover, Islamic jurisconsults of Sharia have paid attention to the legal purposes of Islam toward female’s specific considerations when imposing punishments.

the study includes an introduction, four sections, conclusion, and some recommendations.

these include highlighting this particular field of research, and other specific areas related to it.

it concludes with necessitating the implementation of the principles of Sharia criminal legislation for punishment related to women in the Arab’s laws descriptors, to elucidate the mercy of Allah, and the greatness of this legislation.
