There is no doubt that the Quranic story in the poems of contemporary Iraqi poets possesses a clear semantic dimension that manifests itself in the great admiration and wide fascination with the method of formulating and nonvoting the Quranic story telling tools.

This positive fascination signifies the awareness of the contemporary Iraqi poets of what the Quranic manuscript holds of a great miracle and their own belief in that a aforementioned miracle in regards to its language, meaning, vocabulary, and structures on the level of the direct speech that Allah Almighty addresses to the faithful in a wonderful narration of the events of the Quranic story telling.

With this in mind, my research has followed the impact of the Quranic story in the contemporary Iraqi poems, because the Quranic text is the closest to the hearts and minds of poets and it is the most expressive of their reality, potions, and aspirations.

The contemporary Iraq poets employed Quranic stories in their entirety, they benefited from the events that Allah Almighty mentioned in it, and they linked them to the reality of Iraq, which the poets talked about through their many and continuous.
