Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the statusquo of the application of artificial intelligence by academic leaders to administrative work in the faculty of education and arts, northern borders university and the difficulties that face this application of artificial intelligence by academic leaders from the point of view of the study sample, as well as providing a suggested estimation of the application of artificial intelligence by academic leaders to administrative work in the same faculty.

the study sample comprises 87 persons including teaching staff members, head of departments and department deputies.

the results revealed that the sample agree at a low degree as for the actuality of the application of artificial intelligence by academic leaders to administrative work in the faculty of education and arts, northern borders university; in addition to providing a suggested estimation on the application of artificial intelligence by academic leaders to administrative work.

the study recommended setting up programs and workshops to develop the skills of the academic leaders of artificial intelligence at the university in using computer to employ artificial intelligence applications in administrative work and to promote awareness of the importance of applying artificial intelligence to the various administrative units at the University.
