The economic potential in all its sectors is one of the most important factors for the establishment of urban cities, and even the occurrence of urban development for any city.

the role of the agricultural sector and its importance in the urban development of the cities of Seddah Al-Hindiya and Alexandria, and what it contains of great elements, especially the rural agricultural hinterland that surrounds the two cities, and the link between the city and its suburbs, exchange and transportation of goods and products the agricultural sector for the city’s residents, as well as the industrial sector, which is no less important than the agricultural sector for the events of urban development for any city.

Urban development for any city that has the elements of trade.

as for the tourism sector, it has become one of the most prominent sectors that contribute to the establishment of urban cities.

there are cities known as religious tourism and others as archaeological tourism or recreational tourism.

and industrial, commercial and touristic, its rural and agricultural backs are of great economic return, as well as the sector a for industrial purposes, both cities contained many large factories and laboratories with different specializations.

also, both cities are located on main roads and on the outskirts of large cities that have become commercial cities.

as for the tourism sector, both cities have religious and archaeological tourism, especially if excavations for dozens of archaeological sites have been completed.
