يعد السلطان محمود الثاني من السلاطين العثمانيين البارزين الذين تركوا بصمة واضحة في تاريخ الامبراطورية العثمانية، إذ قام هذا السلطان بإجراء عدد من الاصلاحات بعد أن رأى الامبراطورية ذاهبة نحو الهاوية، فشملت تلك الإصلاحات كافة مفاصل الامبراطورية، منها في المجال الإداري و المجال الثقافي و المجال العسكري.
Abstract EN
Sultan Mahmud is one of the prominent Ottoman sultans who left a clear imprint in the history of the Ottoman Empire.
this sultan carried out a number of reforms after seeing the empire heading toward the abyss.
these reforms included all aspects of the empire, including in the administrative, cultural and military fields.
