, moving between France, Britain and the United States of America, and how he managed to admire the ideas of Marxism-Leninism and embraced them as the basis of his revolutionary liberation work, which enabled him to actively participate in the establishment of the French Communist Party, leading to his participation in the peace conference in Paris 1919, And the political efforts he made in order to present his country’s case in that international conference, with the aim of achieving the independence of Vietnam, which is one of the regions of French Indochina, for its independence from the French occupation, according to a political formula that included this matter, and according to President Wilson’s principles of the right to self-determination.
