Abstract EN

The current research aims to know (the effect of the formal organizer strategy in developing analytical thinking skills in teaching physical geography).

in order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher randomly selected Al-Hakim Prep for Boys, and in the same way the experimental group of students of the literary fifth was chosen, represented by Division (A), the number of students in which is (34) students, and the control group represented by Division (B), the number of students in it (35) students the same grade, and therefore the research sample as a whole reached (69) students of the fifth literary grade students in that school, after which the failures were excluded from the students in the two divisions, which numbered (5) students.

it was conducted parity between the students in the two research groups with a set of variables.

after that, the subject that will be taught in (during the duration of the experiment) was determined and represented in the topics of the natural geography book to be taught to the literary fifth grade students.

the models for the plans prepared by a group of specialists and experts in methods, measurement, evaluation and psychology to identify their suitability to the research variables and their validity, and the researcher also prepared a questionnaire for analytical thinking and made sure of its validity and consistency after presenting it to a number of specialists and experts in the field of psychology, teaching methods, evaluation and measurement.

the researcher taught the two groups of the experiment personally, which lasted for (7) weeks, and the researcher applied the post-achievement test to the students of the two research groups after the experiment period.
