Abstract EN

In modern technology, proof is considered a topic that widely revolves around the minds of researchers and those keen in the field of penal procedures as this type of proof is involved with many legal principles.

This study, using an analytical approach, aims at researching and pondering on widely known technological means in the penal procedures of the French penal code and analyzing what has been said on judicial rulings that affect them directly and indirectly in placing regulations in the French penal procedures law and regulations in implementing and utilizing it in court trials.

Based on this, this study concluded in order to extract the rules that guarantee the adequacy of exploitation in the penal evidence without being subject to nullity and exclusion on the one hand, and without its unjustified and disciplined infringement of the rights and freedoms of individuals on the other hand.
