Abstract EN

In this research I dealt with (the motives of joy for the Abbasid poet Ibn Al-Roumi), in which I touched on the most important motives and emotional topics that helped spread the motives of joy and happiness despite the large number of cases of anxiety, sadness, crying and turmoil that dominated the psyche of poets in that era of joy, good , comfort, happiness, love, optimism, evil, and prosperity, to the extent that it occupied a large space in his book.

It is noticeable that the source of joy is one of the internal tools of the human mind.

It is considered the important element on which the production of the literary and creative work of Abbasid poetry depends.

Through this, the creative ability of the text is activated, the poetic purposes in the poem are varied, and the words and meanings are coherent according to a subjective psychological approach that seeks to reach the source of taste and artistic beauty.
