Abstract EN

E-litigation in its various forms has become a reality and a successful solution to the achievement of speedy judicial justice.

It is an information judicial system whereby all litigation procedures are applied by means of modern electronic means of communication, which aims to speed up the completion of litigation procedures.

This study dealt with the nature of e-litigation through its definition and elements and rooting the debate around it.

It also tackled the application of the electronic litigation system in some foreign and Arab judicial systems, highlighting the reality of the electronic litigation system in Jordan.
