This paper tries to dissolve the constitutional dilemma in the impossibility of conducting the National Assembly elections in the presence of the outbreak of the new Corona Virus pandemic (COVID-19).

This study was divided into two sections.

On the The first section we attempt to find the impacts on the legislative dissolution of the Council.

The subordinate nation is the permanence of the legislative authority, and we put forward in the search for constitutional solutions for these dilemma with our conclusion on this issue, finally, we highlight the constitutional solution and the constitutional problem.
