Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the world turned into a mere reaction towards it, due to its ambiguity and its unprecedented rapid spread, making the study objective in question two-fold, the first dealing with the serious economic effects of that pandemic and the ability of those economies to withstand the painful blows of that pandemic, then In a second aspect, we deal with the role of various economic theories to contain this crisis, in preparation for a new phase towards the launch of a new global economy, which is a global and regional post-crisis economy, using this descriptive analytical approach, which resulted in many results, the most important of which: 1- At the international level - Uncertainty is the main obstacle to global growth projections.

- The oil market is suffering from a double crisis represented by an increase in the daily surplus production and a decrease in demand for it, due to the general closure policy.

- The intertwining of international economic relations has made China an influential and focal point in all world economies.

2- At the level of Arab countries.

- Decrease in the daily quotas of oil production for Arab oil-exporting countries.

- A decline in remittance services in middle and low-income Arab countries.

- The tourism sector is one of the sectors most affected by the spread of Covid 19 in the Arab countries,Collapse of aviation and transportation services.

- A suffocating blockade of most Arab financial markets, and a decline in their market indicators.
