The world is experiencing an unprecedented crisis and exceptional, unforeseen, and unusual situation, named coved-19, and countries have taken severe precautionary measures because,these unprecedented circumstances require unprecedented actions, and the nature of this legal pandemic will affect the actions that the International Monetary Fund will take, in addition to its impact on member states, and we have discussed in this research the legal nature to the COVID-19, how IMF deals with, its impact on the international monetary system, the rights of member states, the obligations of the IMF towards its members, and what capabilities are available to it to ensure its sustainability and maintain the stability of the international economy.
