Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying (The effectiveness of Meta programs in developing the performance skills of students in theater acting from the teachers' point of view ) The research sample included the (15) teaching staff of theater acting, which amounted to (13) instructors (2) female teachers, and in order to achieve the research objectives, the two researchers sought to build A measure of the teacher's direction towards higher mental programs.

The validity and reliability of (the tool) has been verified, and it consisted in its final form of (50) items that were applied to the research sample, after collecting information and treating it statistically using the T-test for one sample and the Pearson correlation coefficient.

The two researchers concluded: The trends of theater acting teachers towards the use of higher mental programs have a high positive level.

It was found that the arithmetic mean of the sample scores is greater than the standard mean of the tool.

The two researchers came out with a set of recommendations and suggestions
