The issue of proving the marriage contract is one of the important issues at all levels, given the extremely important effects it entails, represented in the rights and obligations that must be respected.

Contrary to the principle that requires the innocence of a person, and whoever claims otherwise must have evidence.

We will examine the role of evidence in proving the marriage contract by dividing the research into two sections.

The first section deals with the role of written evidence in proving the marriage contract.

As for the second, it includes the role of non-written evidence in proving the marriage contract, and a conclusion in which we summarize the most important findings and suggestions we have reached.
