Financial markets provide one of the most important channels for mobilizing savings towards the most efficient and profitable economic sectors, which prompted developing countries to increase interest in these markets, and the study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are The study sample also showed that the Iraqi stock market suffers from a weak performance compared to the Arab financial markets.

The study sample also showed that there is a significant correlation between the internal government debt and the “market value” index of the sample of Jordan and Egypt, and the absence of a significant correlation between the “internal government debt” And the market value index for the Iraq Sample.
