The study aimed to identify the degree of validity of the mental alertness scale among This study was aimed at Measuring the effectiveness of educational electronic games in enhancing productive thinking of children at early childhood stage, And in order to achieve these goals, the researcher used the experimental method and the Production Thinking Scale of the Kindergarten Child Prepared by (Hasanaa Al-Tamimi, 2016).

The researcher also designed a proposed program based on educational electronic games to develop the productive thinking in early childhood children, the study community was the early childhood children at the "Eda'at" learning center affiliated to the Ministry of Social Affairs.

The study sample consisted of A random sample of (52) children divided into two groups: an experimental group of (26) children and a controlling group of (26) children, aged from (46) years old.

The results indicated that educational electronic games were effective in developing productive thinking for children in early childhood.The results revealed a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (a<0.05) between the average scores of children of the experimental group in the pre and post application in favor of the post application.

The results also revealed a difference in the post application between the children of the controlling group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group.

In the light of these results, the study recommended the following: (Promoting awareness among early childhood female teachers of the importance of educational electronic games in developing productive thinking for children in early childhood, giving material and moral incentives to female teachers to encourage them to use and employ electronic games in developing children's different skills).
