Abstract EN

The purified Sunnah constituted the basis and the most prominent feature in the jurist’s use of it in deducing legal rulings , and it is not surprising that the narrations about it become worn out by the conflict between them , which , in turn , is divided into several sects , the most important of which is the news of preference , whether with the approval of the Holy Book or in opposition to the common people and the like .

The research included two sections, the first included talking about the narrations of choice , and discussing them , and this I dealt with in the first purpose , and as for the news of stopping , which means that the discussion in it was postponed to the second purpose .

As for the reports that indicate the necessity of giving preference to the hadith that contains an advantage over the missing one , I mentioned them in the second topic .The research concluded with results , the most prominent of which is that the closest is to limit the weights to the specifics of agreeing with the book and opposing the public " news and fatwas " , taking into account the longitudinal arrangement between them.
