Abstract EN

The study sought to identify the relationship between psychological capital, emotional balance, and professional motivation among educational counselors in the al-Karak governorate.

The study sample consisted of (100) male and female counselors in the al- Karak governorate, who were chosen by the available sample method.

Scales were developed to achieve the objectives of the study, which are the psychological capital scale, the emotional balance scale, and the professional motivation scale for educational counselors in al-Karak governorate.

The results showed that the level of psychological capital, emotional balance and professional motivation among counselors in al-Karak governorate was medium, and that there was a correlation between psychological capital, emotional balance, psychological capital and professional motivation.

And there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological capital due to the gender variable, while there are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional balance due to the gender variable in favor of females, and in professional motivation in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological capital.

The emotional balance and professional motivation of the counselors are attributed to the years of service and the academic qualification.

The study recommended conducting more studies on the variables of the study, and conducting empirical studies on psychological capital, emotional balance and professional motivation among counselors in different regions of the Kingdom.
