Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of severity of the obstacles to decision-making and decision-making from the point of view of the principals of basic schools in the first Zarqa education in Jordan, and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members due to the variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, training courses).

and adopted a researcher on the systematic analytical and descriptive survey to achieve the objectives of the study, and the study sample consisted of (105) Director and Director .

The results of the study showed that the severity of the obstacles to decision-making and decision-making from the point of view of the principals of basic schools in general came to a medium degree with an arithmetic average of (3.37) and a percentage of (67.47%).

As for the fields of study, the first field (personal and social obstacles) ranked The second field has a moderate intensity with an arithmetic average of (3.25) and a percentage of (65.02%), while the second field ranked first with an arithmetic average of (3.49) and a percentage of (69.93%(.

The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the answers of principals about the severity of the obstacles to decision-making and decision-making in basic schools in the first Zarqa education in Jordan due to the variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, training courses in decision-making) .
