Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the most used procedures in facing the pressures for the study sample through identifying the differences in the average scores of the standard of procedures for facing the pressures due to the variables : the age, the economic level, the scientific qualification and the residential area.

The sample study consisted of 140 women who work in the governmental institutions and using standard of procedures for facing the pressures prepared by the researcher.The results of the study showed that the most used dimension standard for the facing procedures after the problem solution with relative weight (%70.88).

After that it was followed by the facing dimension with relative weight (%65.54).Then it was followed by the social support with relative weight(%56.96).

The results of the study also showed there is no differences in standard of procedures for facing the pressures due to the age variable.

Also, there is no differences in the procedures of facing pressures due to the scientific qualification the economic level and the residential area.
