The current research aims to know the level of psychological and social adjustment among children returning from forced displacement, and the aim of the research is to find out the difference in psychological and social adjustment among children returning from forced displacement according to demographic variables, gender (males females) and the area of residence (Al-Muqdadiya district-Al-Azeem district), the results of the research concluded that the level of psychological and social adjustment among children returning The forced displacement in Diyala governorate was a medium degree.

As for the rank of the scale fields, it was as follows : the field of family adjustment ranked first with a relative weight of (74.8), followed by the second area of psychological adjustment with a relative weight of (64,9), followed in the third area by the field of physical adjustment with a relative weight (60,9), then in the fourth area the field of social adjustment with a relative weight (54.6), and finally, in the fifth area, the field of adjustment with society with a relative weight (45,9), The results of the study also concluded that male children were more compatible than females, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological and social adjustment among children returning from displacement according to the variable of the area of residence (Al-Muqdadiyah district-Al-Azim district), there was no statistically significant interaction.
