The study aimed to identify the degree of crisis management practice among government school principals in Qweismeh District.

the number of male sample members (20) and the number of females (50) were chosen by the simple random method.

One of the most prominent results of the study is that the arithmetic averages of the fields of study related to the degree of school principals' practice of crisis management ranged (3.32-4.37) with a degree of agreement.

medium, where the highest for the field was "the degree of practice of crisis management before its occurrence", then followed by the field "the degree of practice of crisis management during its occurrence", while the lowest for the dimension was "the degree of practice of crisis management after its occurrence", and the arithmetic average of the domains as a whole was (3.64) with a corresponding degree medium, and in light of the results, the researcher recommends benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in managing educational crises successfully, and working on designing training programs that develop the capabilities of school principals on practical application.
