نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الشمول المالي على فعالية السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2020 للتحقيق في طبيعة العلاقة بينهما بتحليل آلية التأثير من خلال قنوات التوصيل الرئيسية ، ثم الاعتماد على دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) ، توصلت النتائج الى العلاقة العكسية بين الشمول المالي واستقرار الأسعار من خلال القروض الممنوحة الى القطاع الخاص كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و هو ما يتطابق مع نتائج الدراسات السابقة.
Abstract EN
We aim through this study to mesure the impact of financial inclusion on the effectiveness of monetary policy in Algeria during the period 1990 2020 to investigate the nature of the relationship between them by analyzing the impact mechanism through the main delivery channels , and the relying on a standard study using the the Autoregressive Distributed Time Gaps (ARDL) model.
the results showed the inverse relationship between financial inclusion and price stability through loans granted to the private sector as a percentage of GDP, which is consistent with the results of previous studies.
