Abstract EN

This study aims to explore the competence of extracurricular activities recommended by the Algerian Ministry of National Education from the point of view of the teachers of management and economics within the framework of the execution of educational programs for the 2021/2022 school year by dealing with the spatio-temporal difficulties linked to Corona virus.

This work opted for the descriptive method in order to describe and analyze this strategy.

Also, we used a questionnaire composed of 27 questions divided into 4 parts was given to a sample of 33 teachers in the wilaya of Batna during the first semester of the school year.

The data is processed by SPSS using the following methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, theoretical mean, one-sample T-test, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation coefficient.

The results of our survey revealed that the extracurricular activities recommended by the Ministry of National Education make it possible to install a high level of competence in students.
