The issue of the environment is one of the most prevalent titles in the current era, as it is considered one of the modern international bets that are closely related to development and economic activity.

However with the increase of various pressures on the environment and its elements, and the emergence of environmental problems, the need to find appropriate solutions to confront these environmental challenges through an integrated legal system that must defend the environment and the citizen enjoys his environmental rights to the fullest.

To appear in the media system the term green media is one of these solutions related to environmental protection within the framework of sustainable development, especially with the Algerian legislator’s keenness to streng then the legal foundations of green media in all laws related to environmental security.

This media also plays a prominent role in promoting the environmental right.
