The research is interested in conducting a quantitative statistical analysis supported by a descriptive reading of the state of the industrial structure in Iraq for the period from 2000-2016, to know the trends of change in its characteristics specialization and structural diversity as one of the statistical methods commonly used in the analysis of economic indicators The most important results of the research is that most of the industrial branches have grown in varying proportions to the standards of economic activity, but the largest growth was in the standard of added values, especially the productive industries and the index of industrial structural diversity closer to diversity than E to the specialty.
