The research discusses the obstacles that may lead to the cancellation or prevention of the establishment and operation of political parties, according to specific legal rules and procedures.

The founding rules of political parties in Morocco and the most important conditions that must be respected are reviewed, including commitment to the constitution and existing laws, declaration of financial sources, and avoidance of violence and discrimination.

The research also discusses the impact of these rules on the success of political parties in achieving their goals and objectives, as well as their effect on the stability of the government and society.
