Abstract EN

The Moroccan legislator stipulation of the possibility of attaching draft laws to an impact study was a qualitative leap in the field of reform that affected the legislative system.

This is due to the importance of such a study in improving legislative texts and avoiding theire inflation in order to ensure the application of the legal security.

Although the analysis of draft laws impact is not compulsory in Morocco, applying such analysis to legal requirements will strengthen Morocco's legal system and improve its quality.

Therefore, this study dealt with the importance of studying the impact of legislative texts and highlighted their conceptual and historical framework.

In addition, this study standed on the Moroccan experience in attaching draft laws to the impact study in comparison to the French experience in order to highlight the most important similarities and differences between them.
