The knowledge of the jurisprudence of women's participation in the political process by shedding light on the situation of women, especially political situation, because woman represents half of the society, so the research was organized into two demands:First : The evidences of the permissive of the women participation in the political process and discussing them.Second : The evidence of the preventers of the women's participation in the practice of power in the political process and discussing them.Finally : the results that the researchers found out the most right opinion is the first one " the permissive of the women participation in the political process "for the following reasons :1.

The Muslim woman who has strong hard will in her dogma andfaith, she can manage all the positions with no difference with the man.2.

Discover what can she do in the political entrances and elements,and create the public opinion and surround all the difficulties that could face her for a better act.3.

The woman has the right to participate in the elections and herselection, and also has the right to Candidacy for Parliamentary Councils and so on according to equalize between man and woman in rights and duties depending on the legal evidences.
