Recalling history with its past incidents constitutes a luminous sign between the center and the periphery in proving the relation of one to the other, especially if those incidents were hidden or obscured by a party for political reasons.

The relationship between the present of the center and the periphery is linked to the past of each of them with what carries values, concepts and social perceptions religious or political, where each is subject to the evaluation of the other.
