Given the comprehensiveness of the religion of Islam, it is necessary to provide a management model that is based on the principles of the Islamic system and is consistent with other dimensions of this system.

Imamate in Islam means managing society according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), and the philosophy of the Imams (PBUH) is the growth and excellence of human beings and improving their quality of life.

Research and comparison of cultural management characteristics in the life and practice of Imam Reza (AS) as a complete management model is the core of this research.

The article uses a descriptive-analytical method based on a historical study to compare the components of cultural management with the management style and management method of Imam Reza (AS).

Accordingly, the main issues raised in this article are: the concept of cultural management and its necessity in society based on Islamic verses and traditions; Designing the components of cultural management in Islamic thought; And the last part of the article, which is the main focus of the article, presents examples of cultural management models in the teachings of Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (AS) as a complete and successful cultural director.The research approach of the article is that a practical look at the management style and management method of Imam Reza (AS) - some of the examples of which will be discussed in this article - can draw practical models for today's generation.
