يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان اثر اليقظة الاستراتيجية في استراتيجية البقعة الأجمل لآراء عينة من رؤساء الأقسام ومسؤولي الشعب والوحدات في كليات التربية (التربية الأساسية، التربية للبنات، كلية التربية المختلطة) وقد بلغت العينة الخاضعة للتحليل (٧٠)، ولغرض جمع البيانات فقد اعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة تم إعدادها في ضوء مقاييس معتمدة ذات مصداقية وموثوقية عالية وضمن بيئة جيدة الاختبار، وبعد تفريغ الاستمارة من البيانات أخضعت للتحليل الإحصائي باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Pct SPSS (v.
25) كمعامل الارتباط البسيط والتأثير وفي ضوء مخرجات التحليل الإحصائي، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات البحث وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، استنبط مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من أهمها، أشارت نتائج تحليل الفرضية أن الأثر المعنوي الذي يحصل في مستوى المتغير المستقل (اليقظة الاستراتيجية) ينعكس بشكل إيجابي على المتغير التابع (استراتيجية البقعة الأجمل) وبناء على الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها البحث، تم اشتقاق مجموعة من التوصيات، يمكن لمجتمع البحث الاهتداء بها لتذليل بعض المعوقات الحالية أو المستقبلية ولعل اهم تلك التوصيات على المنظمات توظيف اللجان والفرق المتخصصة في اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتزويدهم جميع الموارد اللازمة لتحقيق استراتيجية البقعة الأجمل.
Abstract EN
This research aims to demonstrate the effect of strategic vigilance in the strategy of the most beautiful spot for the opinions of a sample of department heads, division officials and units in the faculties of (Basic Education, Education for Girls, College of Mixed Education).
The sample subject to analysis reached (70) For the purpose of data collection, the research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool, which was prepared in the light of approved standards with high credibility and reliability and within a well-tested environment After emptying the form from the data, it was subjected to statistical analysis using The Spss v.25 statistical program as the simple correlation coefficient and effect and in the light of the outputs of the statistical analysis The results showed a statistically significant relationship between the research.
