الألعاب الجادة" هي : تطبيقات كمبيوتر تهدف إلى الجمع بين الجوانب الجادة و الجوانب المرحة من ألعاب الفيديو.
من بين مجالات عمل الألعاب الجادة في الطب النفسي، تجد اضطرابات القلق مكانها كان الهدف من عملنا هو التقييم، من خلال مراجعة المنشورات، الفائدة من استخدام الألعاب الجادة في رعاية اضطرابات القلق.
أجرينا بحثا باستخدام قاعدة بيانات "بيب ماد" و المصطلحات التالية لعناوين الموضوعات الطبية : "الألعاب الجادة"، اضطرابات "القلق"، "العلاج النفسي" اخترنا 17 مصدرا.
الدراسات التي تم تحديدها تسلط الضوء على اهتمام معين للألعاب الجادة في رعاية اضطرابات القلق.
و مع ذلك، فإن الدراسات المضبوطة ذات الشواهد نادرة، و البيانات المتاحة حاليا لها مستوى منخفض إلى حد ما من الأدلة.
Abstract EN
A serious game is a computer application, the initial intention of which is to combine utility aspects with playful springs from the video game.
the field of application of serious games in the search for innovative therapeutic strategies for psychiatric pathologies is vast.
the aim of our study was to assess the value of the use of serious games in the therapeutic management of patients with anxiety disorders, through a review of the literature.
we carried out a search for studies exploring the use of serious games in the management of anxiety disorders.
the evaluation of the effectiveness of serious games in the treatment of anxiety disorders has shown positive results.
most studies reported the ease of use, acceptability, and credibility of serious play, noting that most patients were satisfied with the design of the program and its use in therapy.
however, direct comparisons of play-based and non-play-based interventions are lacking, and there are few independent trials.

Les << jeux sérieux » ou « serious games » sont des applications informatiques visant à combiner des aspects sérieux avec des ressorts ludiques issus du jeu vidéo.
parmi les champs d'action des serious games en psychiatrie, les troubles anxieux trouvent toute leur place.
l'objectif de notre travail était d'évaluer, à travers une revue de la littérature, l'intérêt de l'utilisation des serious games dans la prise en charge des troubles anxieux.
nous avons réalisé une recherche, à partir de la base de données pubmed et des termes medical subject headings suivants : "serious games", "anxiety disorders", "psychotherapy".
nous avons retenu 17 références.
les études identifiées mettent en évidence un intérêt certain des serious games dans la prise en charge des troubles anxieux.
cependant, les études contrôlées randomisées sont rares et les données actuellement disponibles ont un niveau de preuve assez faible.
