تهدف هذه المقالة إلى دراسة مدى انتشار الإدمان على شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الفيسبوك" بين طلبة كلية الطب و العوامل المرتبطة بها.
هذه دراسة مقطعية وصفية و تحليلية أجريت على طلبة كلية الطب بصفاقس خلال شهر جانفي 2018.
بالإضافة إلىاستبيان لجمع البيانات الاجتماعية و الديموغرافية و السريرية المتعلقة باستخدام الفيسبوك، استخدمنا اختبار الإدمان على الفيسبوك (FAT)، تكونت العينة من 82 طالب.
كان معتل عمر الطلبة 22.79 سنة و 46.34% أقل من 21 سنة، مع نسبة الجنس للذكور / الإناث = 0.60.
إنوجود أمراض بدنية لدى الطلبة كان بنسبة 12,2 و مدة التواصل كانت 3,91 ساعات في اليوم وعدد الاتصالات في اليوم تساوي 21,09 كانت نسبة الإدمان على الفيسبوك %28.
العوامل المرتبطة إحصائيا بالإدمان على شبكة التواصل الفيسبوك هي : العمر أقل من 21 عاما (0.00 > p)، و وجود أمراض بدنية (0.02 = p)، و مدة التواصل (000 > p) و عدد الاتصالات / اليوم (0.02 = p).
تظهر دراستنا أنه يمكن تنظيم جلسات توعوية لدى الطلبة للعمل على حدود الاستخدام الإشكالي للشبكات الاجتماعية أو الإدمان.
Abstract EN
This article aims to studyfacebook (Fb) addiction prévalenceamongmedicalstudentsand determine the associatedfactors.
It wasa cross-sectional analyticalstudy of 82students of sfax’smedicinefaculty, in Tunisia, during the month of January 2018.Weuseda socio-demographic and clinical data sheet and the Facebook addiction test (FAT).
The averageagewas 22, 79 yearsold and 46, 34% of studentshad un age< 21years, with a sex ratio M/W= 0,6.
A somatichistory was foundin 12,2 % case.
The average duration of navigation on Fb was235,06 minute/day and the connectionfrequencywas21,09/day.
The prévalence of Fb addiction was 28%.
The factorsassociated on Fb addiction: age ≤21 yearsold (p < 0.00), the presence of somatichistory (p=0, 02), the duration of connexion on Fb (p<0,00) and the number of connexion (p=0,02).
Our study reports thatyoungstudentswererelativelyaddicted to fb.
Therfore anawareness sessions could be organized to work on the limits of problematic use of social networks

Cet article se propose d’étudier la prévalence de l’addiction au réseau social facebook (Fb) chez les étudiants en médecine et les facteurs qui lui sont associés.
Il s’agit d’une étude de type transversal descriptive et analytique menée auprès de 82 étudiants de la faculté de médecine de Sfax (Tunisie) durant le mois de Janvier 2018.
Nous avons une fiche de recueil des données sociodémographiques et cliniques concernant l’utilisation de fb, et le test d’addiction à Fb (FAT).
L’âge moyen des étudiants a été de 22,79 ans et 46,34% ont eu un âge < 21ans, avec une sex-ratioH/F=0,60.
Des antécédents personnels somatiques ont été trouvés dans 12,2 %.
La durée moyenne de navigation sur Fb a été de 235,06 min/jet la fréquence de connexion a été de 21,09/jour.
la prévalence de l’addiction au réseau social fb a été de 28%.
Les facteurs statistiquement associés à une addiction à FB:l’âge< à 21 ans (p<0,00), la présence d’antécédents somatiques (p=0,02), la durée de connexion à Fb (p<000) et la fréquence de connexions (p=0,02).Il ressort de notre étude quela prévalence de l’addiction au réseau social facebook (Fb) est élevée.
Des séances de sensibilisation auprès des étudiants pourraient être organisées pour travailler sur l’usage problématique des réseaux sociaux
