In the present paper which is interested in The Structure of the Administrative discourse in the administrative document of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the University of UKMO, researchers discuss the status of the Arabic language in the administrative discourse.

It worth noting that this topic is one of the important aspects that should be tackled for its closely relation to the lives and affairs of individuals.

So, the paper discusses administrative language, its advantages, and its forms, importance, and formulas.Practically speaking, researchers analysed the linguistic text in the administrative document, starting with the dynamic verbs in the administrative discourse, structural style ,concluding with the close relationship between the Arabic language and the administrative discourse with its related instructions, orders, and publications .
