Arabic Abstract

لطالما كانت مشكلة ربط التعليم بالعمل و بسوق العمل من المشكلات التي أفزرتها الحياة المعاصرة التي يمكن ملاحظتها من خلال المستوى العلمي لمخرجاتها الذي لا يسد ما يطمح إليه واقع التطور للوزارات و المؤسسات الصناعية في سوق العمل.

و يمكن القول بأن المناهج و المقررات الدراسية في المراحل الجامعية لبعض التخصصات لا تتوافق و حاجات سوق العمل بمعنى آخر أن أسلوب وضع البرامج الدراسية و مقرراتها قد لا تتم وفق الاحتياجات الأساسية لسوق العمل هذا من جهة، و من جهة أخرى، نجد التطور المذهل في تقنية المعلومات و الاتصالات و استخدام تقنيات المعلومات في العلوم المختلفة مما يفرض الحاجة الملحة في إدخالها إلى المناهج و المقررات الدراسية لمواكبة حالة التطور في العالم لتحقيق حلقة أتصال مباشرة من خلال ما تنتجه العملية التعليمية و التربوية التي تقوم عليها مع مجتمع معاصر و إيصال أهدافها و تعزيز دورها في المجتمع يتوافق مع مستوى الثورة الفكرية و التكنولوجية و خاصة سوق العمل و رفع كفاءة العاملين من خريجي الجامعة و تحقيق الوصول إلى المعرفة و التقدم العلمي

English Abstract

The problem of linking education to work and the labor market has alwaysbeen one of the problems that emerged from contemporary life that can be observedthrough the scientific level of its outputs, which does not block what the reality ofdevelopment aspires to for ministries and industrial institutions in the labor market.

Itcan be said that the curricula and curricula at the university levels for somespecializations do not correspond to the needs of the labor market.

In other words, themethod of developing study programs and their decisions may not be done inaccordance with the basic needs of this labor market on the one hand, and on theother hand, we find the amazing development in information and communicationtechnology and the use of information technologies in various sciences, whichimposes an urgent need to include them in the curricula and courses to keep pacewith the state of development In the world to achieve a direct link through what isproduced by the educational and educational process on which it is based with acontemporary society and to communicate its objectives and enhance its role insociety in line with the level of the intellectual and technological revolution,especially the labor market, raising the efficiency of university graduate workers andachieving access to knowledge and scientific progress.
