Abstract EN

One of the most important questions about political jurisprudence addresses the way an Islamic government deals with abandoning some important social rules which have no obligation to be implemented in the Qur'an and jurisprudence.

After a review, it can be said that to prove the governmental obligation of some important social rules, we can refer to the generalities and applications of some and the requirements of jurisprudential rules.

Some of the arguments that can be cited are the application of prohibitions according to the philosophy of the Islamic verses government, the application of verses on the necessity of avoiding Taghut, the application of verses forbidding evil, the application of verses on justice, the application of verses prohibiting corruption, the rule of expediency, the rule of preserving the Islamic system, the jurisprudential principle of sustaining "piety and virtue" and the prohibition of contributing to sin and aggression.
