Abstract EN

Trials and research endeavours have confirmed the need to address the digital presence, of that of the Arab world in general, and the Arab Gulf in particular, through a new cognitive model capablc of bringing together the various endeavours that have begun to unfold, to deal with the repercussions associated with the overwhelming prcscncc of the digital cognitive map.

This study deals with a new knowledge entity, the knowledge environment, at the International and Arab levels in general, and in the Arab Gulf countries in particular.

Something, which has become an inevitable necessity in our current era, as it dictates the creation of a knowledge plan capablc of establishing solid foundations for its prcscncc, and manage all aspects of cognitive activities that prevail in this new environment.
