In 2022, religious Zionism, which represents the Israeli far right, had reached power.

This event was not sudden nor unexpected; rather, it reflects how deeply rooted this current is within the various political system institutions.

A presence that is supported by the parliamentary base and various coalitions, aimed at realising the West Bank settlement project, transforming it from being a tool to support colonialism projects to be a key player in the political system.

The far right succeeded in exploiting the institutions of this system to support settler goals.

Recent pressures to impose changes in the Israeli judicialsystem and the structure of the institutions, reflect the change that is occurring within the entity.
