Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the emotional schemas of orphan statistical differences in the emotional schemas among orphan students in intermediate stage as well as ifentifying the evidences of statistical differences in the emotional schemas of orphan students according to gender variables (males - females) and the type of orphan (one of the parents - both parents) and the type of housing (city - countryside) In order to verify this, the researcher adapted the emotional schemas scale of Robert Leahy (Leahy, 2002) on his research sample.

The scale consisted of s of honesty, stability, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminatory strength, and internal consistency from (34) items distributed over five items Meaning, the simplified view of emotions, control of emotions, permanence of feelings, acceptance of feelings), and to complement that, the researcher applied the scale to a sample of (330) male and female orphaned students in the education of Kufa district, Najaf governorate, which were chosen by proportional random stratified method, after the data have been collected and processed by using statics of social sciences, where findings and results were as the following: Orphan students own emotional schemas.

There is a moral difference in the emotional schemas of orphan students according to the variable of gender and in favor of the female orphans, and there is a moral difference in the emotional schemas of the orphan students according to the variable of the type of orphanhood and in favor of the students without both parents, there is no moral difference in the emotional schemas of the orphan students according to the gender variable Housing (city-countryside).

In light of the results of the research, the researcher emphsized a number of recommendations and suggestions.
